All attendees are required to follow the UKAPP Code of Conduct. This ensures a safe, inclusive, and professional environment where everyone can enjoy the conference and learn from industry experts. Please review the Code of Conduct in detail before completing your application.
After submitting your form, you will be taken to choose your ticket. Please choose the correct ticket type for your membership status.

Please complete one application form for each ticket you intend to purchase. This allows us to add each attendee to our roster.
Only fill out the form when you are ready to complete your purchase. Member tickets are currently (early bird pricing) £150, non member tickets are £180.
Please only fill out the form with the details of the person the ticket is intended for. Each ticket purchase requires a completed form to ensure the person is added to our attendee list and certificates are correct at the event.
Please only fill out the form once per person. If you were unable to purchase a ticket at the end of the form then please email membership@safepiercing.co.uk for a ticket purchase link.
If you are purchasing a ticket for someone else then please add that persons name to the notes section when completing the transaction.
Tickets purchased after August 22nd means you will not be able to collect certificates at conference due to printing time constraints. Your certificate will be posted out to you after conference.
